Ana is a board-certified licensed professional counselor who received her Master’s degree from Mount Mary University. She has been providing counseling services in the Milwaukee area since 2016. Ana is bicultural and bilingual and takes a person-centered approach when working with her clients. She has experience working with young children, adolescents, and adults. Ana addresses depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, grief, anger, transitions, and adjustments. Her approach to therapy is to create an environment that is comfortable for the client and find ways to heal to live a fulfilling life. Ana is certified in EMDR and also utilizes CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused approaches.
