Eileen is passionate about providing a safe place that offers unconditional positive regard, compassion and understanding to all clients. She uses a collaborative but organized approach with clients in order to create a feeling of empowerment to find peace and fulfillment in life. Eileen provides child centered therapy for ages 5 to 10 utilizing play therapy techniques and art therapy techniques, and for ages 10 and up utilizes a collaborative and strength based approach that is individualized to each person and their needs. She has experience working with people who struggle with PTSD, Complex/Developmental trauma, adoption/foster care history, Anxiety, managing anger, LGBTQIA+ needs and major life transitions.  In addition to CBT interventions, Eileen also utilizes somatic techniques and mindfulness to help handle what you are facing.
