Becca is a dedicated individual that values a collaborative relationship with clients. Becca’s educational background includes holding a Master of Science in Professional Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from Mount Mary University and a Bachelor of Arts inPsychology from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She understands seeking help can be challenging and is amplified for members of marginalized communities and works to create a non-judgmental, accepting, and affirming environment for clients of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and disability factors. Becca tailors the treatment approach to the client and their goals. She utilizes an integrative approach that includes person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed interventions, and other treatmentmodalities to create a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients. Becca works with adolescents and adults and has interests in depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, and mood disorders. She believes a safe, warm, nurturing environment is critical to the success of the therapeutic relationship and focuses on utilizing client strengths to assist them in building their own resilience, self-understanding, and self-compassion.
