Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, work challenges, or struggling to set healthy boundaries? Sabrina is here to help you reclaim control over your life and well-being. She takes a multi-modality approach, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Based Focused Therapy (SBFT), and Narrative Therapy. Her approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs, combining humor and an open, down-to-earth style.
Sabrina received her Master's in Professional Counseling at Lakeland University and works with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from trauma—whether past or present—to depression, anxiety, and more deeply rooted personality and developmental disorders. Sabrina sees clients as young as 11 through adults in their 80s, with a focus on fostering understanding, building resilience, and providing the tools for lasting, meaningful change.
Sabrina sees clients both virtually and in-person sessions in West Bend, with the goal of making therapy as accessible as possible for everyone.
