With over 20 years of experience providing individual, small group, and large group counseling in educational settings, I bring a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics and the unique challenges that families face. My journey began with a Master of Education in School Counseling from Concordia University in Mequon, WI (1999), where I worked closely with youth aged 5 to 21 and their families.

Beyond my professional experience, my personal roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother have shaped my empathetic approach and given me a rich perspective on the joys and complexities of relationships. These experiences have inspired me to help couples deepen their connection and navigate their unique journeys, often incorporating spiritual beliefs as part of the process when it aligns with their values.

In 2009, I earned my Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Agape Bible Love College in Milwaukee, WI. To further enhance my skills, I’ve obtained Gottman Level I certification, equipping me with proven techniques to support couples in meaningful and practical ways. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Motivational Interviewing, as well as insights from Dr. John Gottman’s The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and Gary Chapman’s The Five Love Languages.

Together, we will identify your unique relational strengths and challenges, focusing on actionable steps to nurture understanding, trust, and love. Whether it’s reconnecting with your partner or fostering a deeper sense of intimacy, my goal is to guide you toward the relationship you desire—one step at a time.
